Returns Policy

We accept returns for unused products up to 14 days after you receive your order. Used or opened product may be refunded, solely at the discretion of Geeza Men.

You must pay for tracked shipping to return the parcel if the fault is not ours, once we receive your return we will issue a full refund for the product (not postage) on to the payment card that was used at purchase. If the fault is ours we will refund you including postage.

To return your product, please post return to the above along with a note and email us at info@geezamen.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if a refund is due then all products will be refunded and not the original shipping cost. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order #)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@geezamen.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can only be refunded with store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@geezamen.com.
